Combining with the current status of domestic building energy efficiency,through the analysis on common problems and influencing factors of building energy efficiency,this paper put forward a series of technical measures and management focuses of building energy efficiency,in order to reduce building energy consumption,promote the better development and application of building energy saving technology.结合当前国内的建筑节能现状,通过分析建筑节能常见问题及其影响因素,提出了有关建筑节能的一系列技术措施和管理工作重点,力求减少建筑能耗,推进建筑节能技术更好的发展与运用。
