According to the unbalanced development of the architectural energy-saving,even the ＂high standard design with low standard construction＂in various parts of China,the paper analyzes some existing problems in the supervision management of the architectural energy-saving,and points out some measures and suggestions to enhance the energy-saving supervision,so as to realize the efficient development of the building energy-saving and emission reduction.针对建筑节能工作在全国各地发展极不平衡,甚至出现＂高标准设计、低标准施工＂的现象,分析了建筑节能监督管理中存在的问题,并提出了加强节能监管的措施及建议,以期实现建筑节能和减排的高效发展。
