Through the DeST building model, the paper analyzes the annual cooling and heating load condition of residential building with and without external wall insulation, and puts forward the light expanded and glazed bead mortar used in exterior wall insulation can effectively reduce building energy consumption. With the increase of the insulation thickness, the annual total energy consumption of building is changed, and the optimal insulation thickness of external wall is 35 mm. The research provides basic reference data for energy saving of building external wall.以清华大学开发的能耗模拟软件DeST―h为工具,以南昌市某一居住建筑为例建立其DeST建筑模型,动态模拟分析了有无外墙保温两种情况下该居住建筑全年冷热负荷状况,得出了膨胀玻化微珠轻质砂浆外墙保温能有效减少建筑能耗,进而为建筑外墙的节能改造提供基础参考数据,同时也分析了随着保温厚度的增加,建筑物全年累计总能耗量变化,得出该地区外墙保温最佳厚度值为35mm。
