配气机构优化设计与仿真ABSTRACT
Valve train is the important component of internal combustion engine(ICE).The
rationality of its design affects the dynamic performance,economical efficiency,
emission behavior,reliability and durability of ICE directly.As the development of
ICE,higher power output and higher speed are
required.At the same time,it brings a
problem that whether the engine Can work reliably and smoothly.Therefore,higher
performance valve train is wanted.The cam profile is key component of valve train.
The design ofcam profile is an important method tO valve train optimization.
The cam profile of gasoline engine is optimized in this paper.Atter the cam
analysis of original engine is done,three new cam profiles is designed and simulated.
The simulation result reveals that the profiles designed have no flying off and bounce1.1选题背景及意义
