摘要：文章对基于 PLC 控制的全自动纺纱染整自动生产线的作业流程做了简要的介绍，并着
重对生产线上传递纱筒的抓纱机械手进行了结构和运动分析。针对生产线在实际运行中遇到
的具体问题，对机械手结构进行了创新优化设计，使新机械手抓纱时具有自动调心功能，同
时使其对弹性纱筒具有压缩功能，从而大大提高了现有生产线的工作可靠性，改善了染整质
量。

Innovative and optimal design of the bobbin grasped
manipulator of spinning and automatic production line

Abstract: This paper gives a brief introduction to the work process of spinning and dyeing automatic
production line which based on the control of PLC，and focus on the structure and motion analysis of
the bobbin grasped manipulator which is used for delivering bobbins in production line.According to
the specific problems of production line which encountered in the actual operation，optimal and
innovative design of the manipulators structure is accomplished，so that the new manipulator is able to
self-aligning when Grasping the bobbins， and also has compressed function to elastic bobbins， thus
greatly improving the production lines functional reliability and the quality of dyeing.

1 引言
近些年来，随着 PLC 控制理论及计算机技术的飞速发展，机电-体化技术得到了高速
发展，自动化已广泛的应用于工业生产中。其中，工业机械手是近代自动控制领域中出现的
-项新技术，它是模仿人手的部分动作，按给定程序、轨迹和要求实现自动抓娶搬运或操
作的机械装置。它对提高产品质量、提高生产效率、改善劳动条件、减轻工人工作强度和产
品的快速更新换代起着非常重要的作用[1]
。但随着科技的不断进步，各企业都在努力提高自
己的生产力，企业间的竞争变的日益激烈，企业需要不断地对其产品生产线进行改造并不断
优化，这样才能满足市场需求，走在市场的前列。本文正是针对企业的实际需求，在研究全
自动筒子纱染整自动生产线抓纱机械手的基础上，对其进行结构进行创新优化设计，实现抓
纱机械手具有自动调心功能，准确抓取纱团到各个工位进行相应工序的加工，并且实现对
筒子纱的压缩功能，使各筒子纱成为-个整体，即提高纱线密度的-致性，最终提高染色质
量。
