摘要:滚珠丝杠的选用在卧式加工中心的设计中起着关键性的作用， 其中滚珠丝杠负荷与轴径的关系、
速度与导程的关系是分析的关键环节，文章在这方面做了理论参数计算; 参考大连机床集团卧式加工中
心对滚珠丝杠的以往选用惯例， 并考虑到了降低噪音、 润滑、 精度等级等因素，提出了从导程与轴径来选
用滚珠丝杠的有效方法。此方法应用于卧式加工中心， 并取得很好的实际效果， 满足了卧式加工中心的
高速重载要求。

0 前言
随着国内数控机床行业的迅猛发展， 卧式加工中
心在市场中所占有的份额也日趋庞大， 在卧式加工中
心驱动装置中使用的滚珠丝杠也就相应增多。滚珠丝
杠的选用设计在卧式加工中心驱动装置中是必不可少
的，下面将对卧式加工中心如何达到快速动作与高速
切削要求展开分析，并对滚珠丝杠参数选定方面进行
了数值计算，从而达到满足机床高速高载的设计要求。
加工中心，本文以其X、 Y和 Z 轴快移速度 v 54m /m in ，
加速度为 a 05g为例，根据大部分卧式加工中心结
构特点可以知道，其 Z 轴滚珠丝杠承担的负荷最大， Z
