摘要:变速器是汽车除发动机外的主要装置之-↑年来,随着车辆技术的进步和道路上车辆密度加大,对变速器的性能要求也越来越高。众多的汽车工程师在改进汽车变速器性能的研究中倾注了大量的心血,使变速器技术得到了飞速的发展。自动变速技术是汽车传动技术发展过程中-项十分重要的发明。它能够使汽车起步平稳、换档平顺、操作方便,简化了手动换档操作,使驾驶更加轻松自如。现代自动变速器主要采用液力变矩器与行星齿轮变速箱相结合的液力机械自动变速器(AT)。行星齿轮变速箱体积孝操纵容易、变速比大,可以实现变速和动力传动,加大变速器的变矩范围,同时获得空档和倒档,故被广泛地应用于AT上。本文旨在基于Matlab的方法对自动变速器的行星齿轮变速部分进行结构优化,从而达到式变速器尺寸减小,结构更紧凑的目的。

Abstract: Transmission is one of the main installation of car except engine. In recent years, as vehicle technology advances and the increasing density of vehicles on the road, the requirements of transmission performance have become more sophisticated. The transmission technology has been rapid development because a large number of automotive engineers devoted a great deal of effort in improving the performance of auto transmission. Automatic transmission technology is a very important invention in the automotive transmission technology development process. It can makes the car start smoothly, shift smoothly and easy operation.
