Abstract
Computer Numerical Control(CNC)machine toolsinnovation was conducted by
application sophisticated CNC technology theory,successful experience and low cost.The
accuracy of the original machine can be restored or even improved,SO that it can be adapted
to industrial requirements of high-speed development by leaps and bounds.CNC machine
toolsinnovation was greatly developed as a new international and domestic economic growth
industry.In this paper,CNC machine toolsinnovation programs,technical route and SO on
was analyzed taking CA61 32 common machine as research objects.All the contents are
included as follows:
The motion principle of CA61 32 lame was analyzed;It Was briefly introduced the
selection of numerical control system during CNC machine toolsinnovation and
emphatically introduces GSK-CTL Series CNC Sliding Units.According to the principles of
Mechanics,Dynamics and Electronics,the main drive system of NC machine tool has been
designed using AC motor speed control by variable frequency.The spindle drive system has
been designed and checked.In accordance with the requirements of feeding system,the
cutting force and the ball screw is calculated,and equipped with appropriate gear and feed
motor.The electrical-control parts of the CA61 32 lathe is designed by using P LC.The
trapezoidal figures of the spindle and the servo-systems are given.The programs of the PLC
are programmed.A reforming project ofwhole electric parts is given.The accuracy of the NC
machine was restored.A reforming proj ect of the typical parts of the servo.system is given.
After CNC machine toolsinnovation,the lathe has a good application effect,and achieved
good processing quality and economic benefit.
Theresearch offer facility technicians in enterprises not only a scientific efficient way of
realizing NC reform of traditional equipments,but also some references and lessons of other
kinds of traditional facilities.

随着社会生产和科学技术的迅速发展,机械产品的性能和质量不断提高。产品的更
新换代也不断加快。因此对机床不仅要求具有较高的精度和生产率,而且应能迅速地适
应产品零件的变换,生产的需要促使了数控机床的产生。
数控机床是指机床的操作命令以数值数字的形式描述工作过程按规定的程序自动
进行的机床。随着微电子技术,特别是计算机技术的发展,数控机床迅速地发展起来。
尽管数控机床可以较好地解决形状复杂、精密、小批量多品种零件的加工问题,能够稳
定加工质量和提高生产率。但是目Ij我国在役机床总量约380万台,其中数控机床总数
只有11万多台,数控机床占有率不足3%,而-些工业发达国家早已达到20%以上(。
我国是制造大国,但不是制造强国。机械制造业水平与发达国家相比相对落后,设备陈
旧,技术水平差距大,国际竞争力弱,影响了生产力的发展。逐步提高数控机床的占有
率,已经成为我国制造技术发展的总趋势。提高机床数控率有两个途径:-是增加新的
数控机床,价格昂贵,-次性投资大,目前各企业均有大量的普通机床,完全用数控机
床替代是根本不可能的;二是对旧机床进行数控化改造。我国是-个机床拥有量极大的
国家,但大部分机逮役龄较长,采取对旧机床进行改造来提高设备的先进性和数控化
率,是-个极其有效和实用的途径,是企业必走之路2。 。
