Square billet continuous casting production line
The complete square billet continuous casting production line will adopt 1 set 8 ton AOD refining furnace ，two set R6.5M continuous casting machine with two strands ， 1 set of air separation unit and 1 set long belt pulse bag-type dust dedusting unit as well as the related auxiliary devices for refining the ultra-low carbon & ultra-low sulfur high quality square alloy square billets according to the requirements of the users.
按照用户的要求，-条完整的方坯连铸生产线包括1座8吨氩氧脱碳精炼炉，两机两流 R6.5m弧形方坯连铸机，-套空分设备和-套脉冲长布袋除尘设备以及相关配套设施以达到精炼超低碳，超低硫优质合金方坯。
