In order to expand the application field of chambersite,improve performance of Cu-based friction material,the Cu-based friction material containing chambersite powder milled for 30min with 0.5wt%,1.0wt% content was prepared by SPS.Comparison was made with sample without chambersite.The hardness,density,friction coefficient and wear rate of three kinds of samples were analyzed.It indicates that the sample has higher hardness,the most stable friction coefficient(average friction coefficient is 0.218),and the smallest wear rate when chambersite content is 0.5wt%.SEM analysis shows that abrasion mechanism is adhesive wear and abrasion wear.为了拓展锰方硼石的应用领域,提高铜基摩擦材料性能,将锰方硼石高能球磨处理30min后(颗粒尺寸〈1μm),按照0.5和1.0的质量分数分别添加于铜基摩擦材料,用SPS烧结制得试样;并与不含锰方硼石的摩擦试样进行比较,分析3种样品的硬度、相对密度、摩擦系数及磨损率。结果表明:当锰方硼石的质量分数为0.5时,摩擦试样的硬度较大,摩擦系数最平稳(平均摩擦系数为0.218)且磨损率最低;SEM分析发现其磨损机理为粘着磨损和磨料磨损。
