The approximate tooth surface roughness equation was set up by using Fourier nonlinear approximation meth od based on the actually measured roughness. Under the constant unit tooth width load, the influences on oil film thickness and gearing contact stress were analyzed by Muhigrid method, when changing any one value of the lubricant viscosity and the teeth surface entrainment velocity simultaneously and fixing their product. The resuhs show that, under full film lubri cation, it has no influence on oil film thickness and gearing contact stress to change any one value of the lubricant viscosity and the teeth surface entrainment velocity simultaneously in the above conditions. However under mixed lubrication, the average film thickness is increased and gearing contact stress is decreased along with the increasing of the lubricant viscosi ty.基于真实测量的齿面粗糙度数值,利用傅里叶非线性回归原理,生成近似真实齿面粗糙度曲线方程。在固定单位齿宽载荷的情况下,采用多重网格法分析润滑油黏度和齿面综合速度之乘积固定不变而同时改变其中任一量时,对油膜厚度以及轮齿接触应力的影响,得出油膜平均厚度以及齿轮次表面剪应力的相应数值解。计算结果表明:在全膜润滑中,在上述条件下同时改变黏度和齿面综合速度其中任一量对油膜厚度以及轮齿接触应力影响不大;而在混合润滑中,随着黏度的增大,平均油膜厚度增加,齿面接触应力减小。
