Three performance evaluation indexs of the oilair mixers in oilair lubrication system, the ratio of the oil film thickness, the oil content ratio and the oil flow distribution were proposed based on the requirement of uniformity, continui ty and stability of the oil film in the oilair mixer respectively. The flow fields was within a traditional oilair mixer and a new oilair mixer based on the new mixing principle were simulated using CFD simulation techniques, and the mixing per formance of two oilair mixers was evaluated by these three performance evaluation indexes. The results show that these three evaluation indexes can be used in the performance evaluation and structure optimization of oilair mixers.基于油气润滑系统中油气混合器润滑油膜的均匀性、连续性和稳定性的要求,提出了油气混合器性能的评价指标――含油率、油膜厚度比、油液流量分布。基于CFD技术,对传统油气混合器和一种基于新的混合原理的新型油气混合器的内部流场进行仿真,并用该评价指标对其混合效果进行评价。结果表明,提出的3个评价指标可用于油气混合器性能的评价和结构优化。
