Boundary slippage has been adequately confirmed experimentally and theoretically. However, a variety Ol techniques used in ambient pressure conditions are not available for highly stressed contacts. A novel method was explored to measure boundary slippage in highly stressed elastohydrodynamic lubrication(EHL) films. An impact technique was em- ployed to obtain a tiny entrapped dimple. By tracing the transportation of dimple core and the movement of.the interference fringes, a visible boundary slippage was captured and recorded. The preliminary results show that the present method can be successfully applied to measure boundary slippage in EHL fihns exactly.界面滑移现象已在实验和理论上得到充分证实,但已有的常压低应力测量技术并不能应用于接近实际工况的高应力接触间隙。基于光干涉技术结合接触副内封油运动状态,提出一种专门用于高应力弹流油膜界面滑移测量的新方法。该方法利用冲击获得封油凹陷,并通过凹陷中心速度及封油干涉条纹的变化来实现界面滑移可视化。初步实验结果表明该测量系统能够实现不同工况下弹流润滑油膜界面滑移的精确测量。
