In the Matlab/Simulink software,it establishes and simplifies the mathematical model of the profiling tool slide machine hydraulic servo control system,uses square wave and sine signal to do dynamic characteristics simulation analysis on two kinds of conditions which with or without elastic load,then uses Matlab to draw Bode diagram to do simulation analysis on the stability of system.Finally,this paper analyses the steady-state error of the system,and does the field experiment to validate the result,and provides the theoretical basis for the design of machine hydraulic servo profiling tool slide.在Matlab/Simulink软件中建立并简化仿形刀架机液伺服控制系统的数学模型,采用方波和正弦信号对有或无弹性负载两种条件进行动态特性仿真分析,利用Matlab绘制Bode图对系统稳定性进行仿真分析,最后分析系统稳态误差,并且进行现场试验对其结果进行验证,为机液伺服仿形刀架的设计提供理论依据.
