The system pressure is only regulated by pressure valve for emulsion system,which often re sults in unstable system pressure and low precision in the production process. According to the prob lems as mentioned above, the coordination control strategy of emulsion pressure is put forward, which introduces the pressure influence of efficiency function. By controlling the pressure valve and conver sion motor of pump coordinately, rapid speed and high precision control demands of emulsion system are fulfilled. Production results show that successful application of the control system has improved the response speed and control accuracy of emulsion pressure which improves the surface quality of the strip and achieves good economic benefits.针对目前乳化液系统在生产过程单独靠压力阀开度来调节系统压力,经常造成系统压力不稳定和精度低的问题,提出了乳化液压力协调控制策略,引入压力影响效率函数,通过压力调节阀和供乳主泵变频电动机相互配合的协调控制,满足了乳化液系统压力的快速高精度控制要求。生产结果数据表明,该控制系统在现场的成功应用提高了乳化液压力响应速度和控制精度,提高了带钢表面质量,取得了良好经济效益。
