纳米硼磷酸盐NaZn(H2O)2EBP2O8]?H2O的低温离子热合成与表征

Borophosphates are new compounds containing both group BO4 (BOa) and PO4. However, almost all reported borophosphates were synthesized under high temperature and pressure. Ionothermal synthesis attract many attentions for its successful use in borophosphates recently. Considering the characteristics of ion-liquid, efforts and trials were performed to obtain the borophosphates under low temperature and pressure. NaZn(H2O)2EBP2O8]?H2O was successfully prepared using ion-liquid 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide (Emim)Br as solvent at 80-100 ℃ under ambient temperature. The crystalline products were determined by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD). Their morphologies were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results also show that the crystals of NaZn(H2O)2EBP2O8]?H2O were obtained within 40 minutes at 80 ℃. Nanocrystals were obtained and their formation and morphologies were investigated by varying the reaction time, temperature and the aging time.硼磷酸盐是一类包含硼氧基团(BO4、BO3)和磷氧基团(PO4)的新化合物,目前所报道的硼磷酸盐几乎都在高温高压条件下合成。近几年离子法用于硼磷酸盐的合成逐渐受到关注。基于离子液体的特点,尝试了常压低温下硼磷酸盐的合成,并成功地应用于以离子液体[Emim]Br为溶剂,常压、80~100℃条件下合成纳米硼磷酸盐NaZn(H2O)2EBP2O8]?H2O。产物通过X-射线粉末衍射进行了物相表征,并用扫描电镜(SEM)观察其形貌。结果表明,NaZn(H2O)2EBP2O8]?H2O可在80℃下,40min内快速形成,通过改变反应时间、温度和陈化时间,研究了其对硼磷酸盐纳米晶体形成及形貌的影响。
