According to the needs of oxygen-free copper (OFC) deep.hole cavity parts processing, a radius 30 mm circular cav- ity in the 565. 7 mm deep hole was processed. A deep hole arc molding trepanning drill was designed by carrying out analysis of me- chanical properties of deep hole trepanning drill. Rough and precise processing were realized by installing two kinds of sizes blade out- side chip-removing deep-hole trepanning drill with radius of 29. 5 mm and 29. 9 mm. Through trepanning processing experiment, the optimal cutting parameters were selected. The OFC deep hole cavity parts deep hole processing is realized basically, and better pro- cessing effect is obtained, which provides necessary guarantee for subsequent processing.根据无氧铜深孔腔体零件加工的需要:在565.7mm深孔处加工半径为30mm的圆弧腔体,进行深孔套料钻力学特性分析,设计外排屑深孔圆弧成型套料钻,通过在刀体上分别加装半径为29.5mm和29.9mm两种刀片实现粗、精加工;并通过套料加工试验,选择最优切削工艺参数,基本实现无氧铜深孔腔体零件的深孑L加工,取得了较好的加工效果,为后续加工提供必要的保证。
