Along with the improvement on the quality of indigenous steel, many factories in our country which used to import the raw materials try to use indigenous steel to make hydro - reactor. Based on the successful fabrication of the hydro - reactor which was made by indigenous steel, and the key technical data of welding and heat treatment were introduced. It provided reliable reference for the fu- ture.2．25CrlMo0．3V钢具有强度高、抗氢侵蚀、抗氢脆和抗氢致剥离等特点，多用于制造加氢反应器。以往国内采用进口加钒钢板，随着国产钢板质量的提高，不少制造厂尝试使用国产板制造加氢反应器。通过国产加钒钢板板焊武加氢反应器的试制，介绍焊接和热处理的关键技术参数，为今后这类钢板的制造提供借鉴。
