The reactor vessel internals core barrel of certain nuclear power engineer project is made of 0Cr18Ni10Ti(321) thick plates.The results of welding procedure tests and welding procedure qualification show that the mechanical properties of the weld metal present some dispersion and the elongation data is not stable.Especially the elongation rate falls down significantly after post weld heat treatment and some date does not meet the requirements of 30%.To find out the reason,a series of tests are performed and some suggestions are given for reference.某核电工程堆内构件吊篮筒体采用0Cr18Ni10Ti(321)奥氏体不锈钢,工艺试验及焊接工艺评定结果显示焊缝金属力学性能存在一定的分散性,延伸率数据不稳定,特别是经受热处理之后,延伸率显著下降,部分达不到30的合格要求。为探讨其原因,进行了一些试验研究,并提出了某些建议,供同行借鉴。
