The hybrid Kevlar/PTFE fabrics are produced by the electronic sample loom. The friction and wear performance is in- spected using MMU-5G friction and wear testing machine and Confocal Laser Scanning Microscopy (CLSM) in different loads, under high speed and dry friction conditions. The results show that, the steady-state friction coefficient decreases with the loads increasing, and the decreased trend gradually becomes slower, when the rotating speed is 300 r/min. The wear depth increases with the loads increasing, while the wear rates appears to the reverse trend. The fabric structure has an influence on the friction and wear performance. The main wear forms are abrasive wear and the plastic deformation of PTFE which result from the friction shearing and the normal load squeezing.采用电子小样织机机织Kevlar/PTFE纤维混杂织物,借助于MMU-5G端面摩擦磨损试验机,激光扫描共聚焦显微镜(CLSM),考察了Kevlar/PTFE纤维混杂织物在高速、干摩擦时不同载荷下的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明,在转速为300r/min下,载荷越高,稳态摩擦系数值越低,随着载荷的不断增加,稳态摩擦系数下降趋势变缓;织物磨损深度随载荷增加而增加,但磨损率反而降低,织物的摩擦磨损与织物结构有关,磨损方式主要为磨粒磨损,以及PTFE在法向载荷挤压和摩擦剪切作用下发生塑性变形。
