Because of heating process in welding, coarse - grained zone created from single pass welding and critical coarse - grained zone created from multi pass welding become local brittle zone. It has been found that coarse grain and M - A constitute is key factor which makes the toughness of welding heat affected zone reduced. From this aspect, the current research and development on local embrittlement occurred in steel pipeline was introduced.由于焊接热过程的作用,管线钢焊接热影响区中单道焊的粗晶区和多道焊的临界粗晶区的韧性降低而成为局部脆化区。研究发现,粗大晶粒和M―A组元是促使焊接热影响区韧性降低的主要因素.以此为线索介绍了管线钢局部脆化的研究现状和进展。
