Structural design for the same hardness of three different isolator materials through theoretical calculations and experimental test of this model are in the same load isolator natural frequency and dynamic stiffness.Comparing calculated and test results show that the basic accuracy of the results,for the design of small deformation vibration isolators can be calculated using the linear viscoelastic theory.As can be seen from the test results of the hardness of rubber vibration isolator increases,natural frequency of vibration isolator and the dynamic stiffness increased.针对相同结构设计了三种不同材料硬度的隔振器,通过理论计算和试验测试得到此型号隔振器在同一载荷下的固有频率及其动刚度.计算结果和测试结果对比表明,计算结果基本准确,对于小变形隔振器的设计计算可以使用线性粘弹性理论计算.从测试结果可以看出随着隔振器橡胶材料硬度逐渐增大,隔振器固有频率及其动刚度逐渐增大.
