In combination with the national mandatory standards,the state＇s industrial policy and the concurrent status of automotive seating industry in Guangxi,the article developed a better,much more advanced test analysis system of car seats. The system consists of mechanical rig,hydraulic loading system,measurement and control system and computer monitoring system and so on,combining the chair strength,head restraint impact,intensity of the fixed-point of seat belts and others.文章结合国家的强制性标准、国家的产业政策及广西汽车坐椅工业的现状,研制出一种较为完善、较为先进的汽车坐椅试验分析系统。该系统由机械台架、液压加载系统、测量控制系统和计算机监控系统等组成,将坐椅强度、头枕冲击、安全带固定点强度等试验功能有机结合。
