双金属板材的性能失配效应问题分析

Theoretical analysis of the performance mismatch effect of bimetal sheets was implemented qualitatively. Elastic and plastic finite element analysis was also performed to simulate the rolling figuration of four types of bimetal sheets. Material property difference of two component metals can produce stress concentration on their surface. The maximum contact stress is affected greatly by the difference of Young' s modulus, while the maximum equivalent stress is affected most by the difference of Poisson' s ratio and the difference of yield strength and plastic hardening modulus of the tangential produces an additional stress on the surface on which crack generates when the additional stress is larger than interface bonding strength. These principles provide analysis data and method for the performance mismatch effect of the bimetal sheets.采用理论分析对双金属板材的性能失配效应问题进行了定性分析,并以四种双金属板材的轧压成形为例,进行了弹塑性有限元分析,由分析结果可知:两金属组元材料性能差异在其结合界面处引起应力集中,其弹性模量差异对界面的最大接触应力的影响比较明显,泊松比差异对界面最大等效应力的影响比较明显,屈服极限和塑性硬化切向模量差异将在界面处产生附加拉应力,当附加拉应力超过界面结合强度时,结合界面上会出现裂纹.这些规律为解决双金属板材性能失配效应问题提供了分析数据和方法.
