In order to utilize sufficiently the cold energy of LNG satellite station and reduce the energy consumption of rubber powder through cryogenic comminution of waste rubber, a process of cold energy utilization of waste rubber cryogenic comminution in LNG satellite station is proposed. The process employs an intermediate cooling medium to recover cold energy by heat exchange with LNG in satellite station, then the low-temperature cooling medium is transported to rubber powder plant to produce chilling air which is used to waste rubber comminution. Compared with the traditional grinding method under refrigeration of air turbine, it could saved 242.8 kWh of power using cold energy of one ton of waste rubber cryogenic comminution in LING of satellite station, and the power consumption of rubber powder reduces by 198.5 kWh/t.为充分利用液化天然气(LNG)卫星站的冷能和降低废旧橡胶低温粉碎生产精细胶粉的能耗,提出了一种利用LNG卫星站冷能的废旧橡胶低温粉碎装置。在该流程中,先利用冷媒在卫星站内与LNG换热回收冷能,然后再将低温冷媒输送到胶粉厂内与空气换热,生产的冷空气用于废旧橡胶的冷冻与粉碎。研究结果表明,相对空气涡轮膨胀机制冷法,利用LNG卫星站的冷能可为橡胶低温粉碎装置节省用电242.8kWh/t,精细胶粉的生产能耗可降低198.5kWh/t。
