Based on thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory, a theoretical analysis model for calculating the friction torque on high-speed precision micro ball bearing was built. By means of high-speed precision micro bearing machine, the model was verified by test under inner rotation. The results of analysis and test show that the friction torque is increased with the increase of the rotational speed under a certain axial preload. The model built is suitable for the analysis of high- speed micro ball bearing, and it also can be used to analyze the bearing load,temperature, structure parameters, the charac- teristic of lubrication oil and the condition of bearing.基于热弹流润滑理论建立高速微型球轴承摩擦力矩理论分析模型,并借助于高速精密微型轴承试验机,在轴承内圈旋转工况下,进行试验验证。分析与试验结果表明,轴向预紧力一定时,摩擦力矩随转速的增加而增大。建立的理论模型适用于高速微型球轴承的分析,也可用于分析轴承载荷、环境温度、结构参数、润滑油特性以及轴承工况等对高速微型球轴承摩擦力矩的影响。
