微量润滑供给下润滑材料迁移特性的试验研究

The migration characteristics of lubricant around a point contact were discussed by investigation of the variation in an oil pool under minimum lubricant supply. On the friction pair between the ball and the glass disc, the lubricants of different supplies were injected into the point contact using a micro pipette with a fix scale. The variation of the oil pool was investigated with the fluorescence technique. The results show that the closed oil pool always occurs around the point contact region. As the speed is increased, the oil pool of the micro lubrication goes through the changes of the circular, flat circular, two valves, the meniscus in the inlet while the oil pool of the full lubrication only undergoes through the change of the circular and flat circular. The variation of the oil pool at the decreasing speed is non-symmetrical to that at the increasing speed. The critical speed of the valve information functions as a positive relation with the lubricant supply volume. The variation of the oil pool shows the migration characteristics of the lubricant around a point contact, and is related with the lubricant supply, the entrainment speed, the surface tension, and the centrifugal force and other factors.通过对微量润滑下油池轮廓的研究,探讨了围绕点接触区内润滑材料的迁移特性。以钢球与玻璃盘为摩擦配副,通过微量注射器将不同供给量的润滑材料注入到点接触区内,采用荧光技术研究其油池的变化规律。结果表明,围绕点接触区内始终存在一个封闭油池。随着卷吸速度的增大,微量供油下油池经历圆形、扁圆形、两个瓣膜、入口处凹陷等变化,而充足供油下油池仅经历圆形和扁圆形的变化;减速时油池与加速时油池呈非对称变化;油池产生瓣膜的临界速度与润滑材料的供给量成正相关。油池的形状反映了围绕点接触区润滑材料的迁移特性,与润滑材料的供给量、卷吸速度、表面张力和离心力等因素有关。
