In the velocity optimization process of the cutting movement in the shaping guide--rod mechanism, it has adopted the method of parameterize optimization which comes from the ADAMS, coordinate value of the moving points substitutes the rod length as the design variables, all the coordinates has been parameterized, the sensitivity to velocity of each design variables are tested, and then it has received and judged out which are the key design variables, the optimum parameters of each key design variables is determined in the optimization calculation, and the most suitable parameters of shaping mechanism which tile veh)city is steady and uniform has been found finally.采用了ADAMS参数化优化的设计方法,对牛头刨床切削运动导杆机构进行速度平稳性的优化,以运动点的坐标值作为设计变量代替杆长,将各个坐标值进行了参数化处理,建立了牛头刨床机构参数化模型,将各个设计变量对速度的敏感度进行了测试,得到并判断出关键设计变量,在优化计算中确定了各个关键设计变量的最优参数,最终得到了速度平稳性良好的牛头刨床尺寸参数。
