新型汽车扭振减振器扭振特性试验研究

The dynamical working characteristics of a new type torsional vibration damper used in car were experimentally studied by using a hybrid, method combining both experiments and theoretical analysis. It is shown that the relation between the damper recovery torque and torsional vibration amplitude is of typical hysteretic nonlinearity, besides, its dynamical stiffness is a nonlinear function with respect to the vibration amplitude. The damping, composed of viscous damping and friction damping, is a nonlinear function of the amplitude and frequency. The mixed damping dynamic model for the recovery torque can highly reflect the damping characteristics of the damper. The theoretical loops are close to those obtained by experiments, which lays a theoretical foundation for designing the hizJa performance torsional vibration damner used in car.对一种新型汽车扭振减振器的动态工作特性进行试验研究,通过试验与理论相结合的方法,系统的研究了该减振器动态扭振特性。研究表明:减振器恢复扭矩与扭振振幅成典型的迟滞非线性,而且其动刚度是振幅的非线性函数;阻尼是振幅、频率的非线性函数,阻尼成分较丰富,既有干摩擦阻尼,又有粘性阻尼;建立的恢复扭矩混合阻尼动力学模型能够很好地描述这类非线性扭振减振器的迟滞特性,理论回线与试验回线吻合较好,为优化设计出高性能的汽车扭振减振器提供了理论依据。
