According to the principle of the fluid pressure intensifier, the model of the high-pressure cylinder was built. Considering the characteristics of the movement and force, the cylinder was divided into three parts. The theory of fluid structural interaction was used to analyze the flow field of high-pressure cylinder. With the ANSYS Workbench platform and dynamic mesh technique, the cylinder' s stress and strain were calculated. The stress and strain diagrams were gotten which was useful to the analysis of fatigue damage.分析水射流的超高压发生系统――增压器的工作原理,建立高压缸体的力学模型,并根据运动与受力特征,将缸体分成3个部分。基于有限元与流固耦合知识,对高压水缸的流场做了理论分析,利用动网格技术在ANSYSWorkbench平台下针对高压水缸处于高压工况时的应力应变进行仿真计算,得到缸体在不同时刻的应力应变图,从而为下一步的高压缸体疲劳分析提供了数据。
