The composition of wind turbine gearbox lubrication system was introduced, as well as the calculation meth- ods for gearbox thermal power and cooler cooling power. The environmental characteristics of plateau and its influences on cooling devices and lubrication system insulation were analyzed. It was also proposed that, in order to adapt to the plateau environment characteristics, cooling capacity of air-cooler, effective power and temperature rise of motor, electrical insula- tion and protection degree, seal and etc. need to be redesigned or rechecked in concerning this lubrication system.介绍增速齿轮箱润滑系统组成,齿轮发热量和冷却器冷却功率的计算;分析高原环境的特点及对冷却装置、润滑系统绝缘的影响;指出为适应高原环境特点,风电齿轮箱润滑系统应就风冷却器散热能力、电机有效功率和温升、绝缘、密封和防尘等级等方面进行重新设计或校核。
