不同方法表面改性碳纤维对复合摩擦材料性能的影响

The carbon fiber was modified by the surface treatment method of gas phase,liquid phase and the comblmng method of gas phase and liquid phase, and the surface morphology of carbon fiber was observed. Carbon fiber reinforced bo- ron modified resin base friction materials were prepared, and the influence carbon fiber with different surface modification methods on composite friction material performances was studied. The results indicate that the carbon fiber surface rough- ness is increased after treating by the three surface methods ,which is helpful for the close integration of carbon fiber and matrix. The carbon fiber treated by gas phase under 450 ℃ enhance composite friction materials. for 5 h has the best properties, it can replace copper fiber to采用气相、液相以及气液相相结合的方法对碳纤维进行表面处理,对碳纤维的表面形貌进行观察;制备碳纤维增强硼改性树脂基摩擦材料,研究碳纤维表面处理方法对复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:不同碳纤维表面处理方法均增大了碳纤维的表面粗糙度,有利于碳纤维与基体的紧密结合;对碳纤维进行450℃、5h气相处理然后随炉冷却的表面处理效果最好,该方法改性得到的碳纤维可以代替铜纤维来增强复合摩擦材料。
