This article takes Pro/E 3D graphics software for the modeling and uses ANSYS software to analyze its axial stiffness, ra- dial stiffness, stress distribution and natural frequency of difference material and thickness.Analysis results show that the 0.3 mm thick plate spring is the most suitable for civil Stirling engine.采用Pro／E5．0三维绘图软件对板弹簧进行建模，利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对不同材质和厚度的圆渐开线板弹簧的轴向刚度、径向刚度、应力分布以及固有频率特性进行分析。分析表明，O．3mm厚的板弹簧最适合民用斯特林发动机使用。
