The impact wear behaviors of the graphite/MoS2 coatings were studied by impact wear experiments of 45 steel and the graphite/MoS2 coatings under repeated impact. The surface morphologies of the coatings after impact wear were analyzed by the scan electron microscope ( SEM), and the wear curves of the coatings under impact were got. The results show that the average friction coefficient of the coatings is first increased and then decreased along with the increas- ing of load. The wear rate of the coating is increased along with the increasing of load, and it is increased not too much under low loads and quickly increased under high loads. Under low loads, the worn morphology of the coating surface is quite smooth, the plastic deformation is not serious and there are a lot of microcrack appeared. Under high loads, the plastic deformation of the coatings is serious, at the same time the accumulated steps are appeared due to the deformation.通过对石墨/二硫化钼涂层与45^#钢冲击磨损实验,探讨石墨/二硫化钼涂层的冲击磨损行为,采用扫描电子显微镜分析冲击磨损后涂层的表面形貌,得到冲击条件下涂层疲劳磨损曲线。结果表明:石墨/二硫化钼涂层的平均摩擦因数随载荷的增加呈先升高后降低的趋势,磨损率随载荷的增加呈上升趋势,其中低载时磨损率增幅不大,高载时磨损率迅速增加;低载时涂层磨损表面形貌较光滑,塑性变形不大,出现较多微裂纹;高载时,涂层磨损表面塑性变形严重,同时还有因变形产生的堆积台阶。
