The friction and wear properties are studied for three - layer composite materials filled with two different types of polyimide (PI). The performance difference and microscopic mechanism of the PI formula and leaded formula are analyzed, and the influence of the solid lubricant on the friction and wear performance of the composite material is discussed. The results show that composites filled bismaleimide polyimide represent minimum friction coefficient and wear in oil lubrication, but the reducing friction performance and carrying capacity is more prominent for Composites containing MSIO formula under heavy load.考察了两种不同类型PI树脂填充PTFE基体三层复合材料的摩擦学特性,分析了PI配方与含铅配方的性能差异及其微观作用机理,并探讨了固体润滑剂对该类复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响。研究表明,一般情况下双马来型PI填充复合材料在油润滑时的摩擦因数和磨损量最小,但在大载荷下含MSIO配方材料的减摩性能更为突出。
