An experiment is designed to verify and analyze the levitation capacity of gas squeeze film, which includes the design of piezoelectric transducer, measurement equipment selection and design. The levitation force is measured by plain analysis of strain measurement method, and the levitation gap is measured by high-precision displacement sensor. Results show that the gas squeeze film could induce large levitation force, which depends mostly on the amplitude of excitation, surface area of floating disk, etc. Regulating excitation frequency and voltage could increase the oscillation amplitude and maximun levitation force.设计实验对气体挤压膜的承载能力进行验证与分析,包括激振装置的设计以及对气体挤压膜产生的承载力和悬浮物体高度的测量。通过电阻应变测量方法设计了一种传感器对气膜承载力进行测量,气膜悬浮物体的高度则通过高精度位移传感器进行测量。实验结果表明气体挤压膜具有较大的承载能力,承载能力取决于激振振幅、悬浮盘表面积等。调节激振频率使得压电陶瓷处于谐振状态,并且尽可能的增大激励电压可以提升激振盘的振幅从而最大化气体挤压膜的承载能力。
