As to the effect on the strength reliability of hydraulic machine frame caused by the uncertainty of geometric parameters, load parameters, material parameters and so on, the parametrization modeling of large hydraulic machine frame is done by APDL; the fitted samples of response surface are obtained by finite simulation cycles with Monte-Carlo method and response surface method; the regression analysis is performed on the samples and the functional formula between response variables and basic variables is obtained. The probability strength design and sensitivity analysis are implemented for the hydraulic machine frame.针对几何参数、裁荷参数和材料参数等不确定性对大型液压机机架强度可靠性的影响,用APDL对大型液压机机架进行参数化建模;结合Monte-Carlo法和响应面法,经过有限次的仿真循环获得拟合响应面的样本;对样本进行回归分析,得到响应变量和基本变量间的函数关系式;实现对液压机机架的概率强度设计和灵敏度分析.
