In order to meet the optimization of aircraft aerodynamic shape under mission processes, adjustments on shape and postures should be done to the wing through morphing. Therefore, a morphing wing test model was built in this paper to study and explore the morphing technology of multi-DOFs variant. The test model, based on an improved 3-RPS parallel mechanism,whose man-machine interface and control system was built by LabVIEW, could make the 3-DOFs move- ment controlable. The motion test of the system shows that the morphing wing model could realize the variation of sweep angle,wingspan and dihedral angle according to the requirements within the maximum driving error of 3.61%.为了满足飞行器在任务过程中气动外形最优化目的,需要以变体技术对机翼的外外形与姿态进行适当的调整。为此建立了一个测试系统模型,并以此来用来研究与探索多自由度变体机翼技术。该系统以一个优化的三杆并联机构为基础,以LabVIEW虚拟仪器系统建立人机界面和控制系统,实现可控的三自由度运动。对系统的运动测试表明,该实物变体机翼模型能按照要求实现前后掠、变翼展、变上下反角三种变形,驱动误差最大为3.61%。
