By exploring the impacts of kingpin inclinational angle on forklift steering, a virtual prototype is established using ADAMSTM for steering system. With complete vehicle improvement, a mathematical model of kingpin aligning torque, a steering angle curve, is obtained via simulation. By treating kingpin inclination angle and maximum aligning torque as variable and objective function respectively, the virtual prototype is optimized. As such, the aligning torque significantly increases, whilst the hydraulic cylinder torque decreases, so as for energy-saving. With self-aligning property analysis on optimized model, this approach provides a reference to forklift steering mechanism design.研究了主销内倾角对叉车转向的影响.利用ADAMS建立叉车转向系统的虚拟样机,从整车分析,改进并得到叉车由于主销内倾角而产生的回正力矩数学模型,通过仿真得出回正力矩随转向角的变化曲线.以主销内倾角为变量,回正力矩最大为目标函数,对样机进行优化.优化后回正力矩明显增强,液压缸活塞产生的力矩变小,节约了能源.对优化后的模型进行了自回正特性分析,可为叉车转向机构的设计提供参考.
