In the non-circular gear transmission, with the theory of non-circular gear and the cylin- drical rack transmission, a non-circular gear-rack mechanism is formed, which the section curve of the rack is bent. The forming principle of the mechanism was described, the meshing equation was deduced and a sinusoidal gear-rack mechanism was designed. The results show the design method is feasible.在非圆齿轮传动中,按照齿轮齿条传动的原理,可得到一种非圆齿轮齿条运动机构,此时,齿条的节曲线不再是直线,而是平面曲线。本文阐述了其成形原理,推导了其啮合方程,并设计了正弦齿轮齿条传动机构,验证了设计方法的可行性。
