Club-shaped WSe2 nanostructures of 6 nm diameters were prepared via solid state reaction with the tungsten and selenium powders in Ar atmosphere after high energy ball milling. The microstructure was characterized by X-ray dif- fractmeter, TEM, and HRTEM. The tribological properties of WSe2 nanostructures as additives in GYT130 base oil were in- vestigated by UMT-2 multispecimen tribotester. Under the load of 2 N and speed of 150 r/min, the friction coefficient and the wear scar width of 45 steel sample are reduced by 50% and 53% separately when lubricated by the GYT130 base oil containing 7 % WSe2 nanostructures.将W粉和Se粉按一定比例混合并经高能球磨、压片后,在Ar气氛中加热固相反应,得到棒状纳米结构的WSe2。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM、HRTEM)分析WSe2纳米棒的组成、微观形貌和组织形态;利用UMT-2摩擦试验机考察WSe2纳米棒作为GYT130液体基础油添加剂的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明,产物WSe2为纳米棒状结构,纳米棒平均直径在100nm以下,最小棒直径为6nm,具有层状结构和良好的结晶性。在2N载荷、150r/min转速条件下,质量分数7%的WSe2纳米棒作为GYT130基础油添加剂能够使摩擦因数降低近50%,45#钢试样磨痕宽度降低53%。
