Based on the requirement of the matching with the overrunning clutch used in the mechanical super- charger of the engine of a domestic automobile, the simulation of the work stress and the selection of three different structures of the roller-overrunning clutches are carried out by using the finite elementmethod, and the analysis results are verified through the bench test and the road test. The results show that optimizing the structure strength design, improving the contact stress and its variation characteristics can prolong the life of the overrunning dutch. The combination of finite element analysis and bench and road tests can effectively a- void the error of the test results caused by the differences between samples in the test, shorten the selection process and test cycle, and greatly improve the reliability of the test results.文章针对国产某汽车发动机机械增压器用超越离合器选配的需要,采用有限元方法,对3种不同结构的滚柱式超越离合器的工作应力进行模拟计算和选型分析,并通过台架和路试对理论分析结果进行验证。结果表明:通过结构强度设计优化、改善接触应力及其变化特性,对超越离合器的延寿具有重大意义;将有限元分析与台架路试结合,能够有效避免试验中样本间差异造成的试验结果误差,缩短选配过程和测试周期,大大提高了试验结果的可靠性。
