A model of elastohydrodynamic line contacts under grease lubrication with solid particles is established, and the corresponding lubrication equations are deduced. Then, the film pressure and thickness affected by the coordinate, dimension and velocity of solid particles are numerically analyzed and are compared with those without solid particles. Numerical analysis results show that the presence of solid particles has a certain influence on the film pressure and thickness, that sphere solid particles significantly influence the film pressure and thickness, especially the radius of sphere particles, and that flake-shape solid particles only have slight influence on the film pressure and thickness.建立了含固体颗粒的脂润滑线接触弹流润滑模型,推导了相应的润滑方程,通过数值方法分析了固体颗粒中心位置、尺寸和速度对脂润滑线接触弹流油膜压力和油膜厚度的影响,并与不含固体颗粒的脂润滑线接触弹流油膜压力和油膜厚度进行了比较.数值分析结果表明:固体颗粒对脂润滑线接触弹流的油膜压力和油膜厚度具有一定的影响;球状固体颗粒对油膜压力和油膜厚度的影响较为显著,其中颗粒半径变化对油膜压力和油膜厚度的影响最大;片状固体颗粒对油膜压力和油膜厚度的影响较小.
