耐高温复合固体润滑涂层的研究

Commonly used metal based solid lubricants having excellent performance such as MoS2, WS2 and Sb2 03 , but it has high limitation as a single coating. Three metal based solid lubricants were compounded in preparation to create a new type of high temperature composite solid lubricant coating, and the optimal ratio of those coatings was got through or- thogonal experiments. The lubricating properties were explored by high temperature friction and wear testing. The results show that the solid lubricant coating has lower friction coefficient and better wear-resistant performance under high temper- ature and high pressure. SEM analysis indicates, the uniform lubricant film is still exist on the surface of samples after fric- tion and wear testing under high temperature and high pressure, so the role of good lubrication effect is played.常见的金属基固体润滑剂MoS2、WS2、Sb2O3性能优良,但作为单一涂层的局限性较大。将3种固体润滑剂复配成一种耐高温复合固体润滑涂层,通过正交试验得到优化的涂层配比,通过高温摩擦磨损试验考察该复合涂层的润滑性能。结果表明,在高温高压下该复合涂层具有较低的摩擦因数和良好的耐磨性能。电镜分析表明,高温高压摩擦磨损试验后,涂层试件表面仍然存在较均匀的固体润滑膜,可以起到很好的润滑作用。
