研究变速器齿轮在耐久性测试过程中基于振动信号的早期故障诊断方法。在传统的阶次分析的基础上,结合趋势指数分析方法,建立时间――阶次的三维变化谱,监测变速器齿轮振动特性的时变过程。和传统的测试监控方法相比,能够早期及时地提供故障状态和故障起因的相关信息,避免其在试验中加剧为永久性损伤。为设计者确定变速器产品中的薄弱元件、改进结构优化变速器性能提供依据。 An analysis method for early damage detection based on the vibration signals during the gear endurance tests. Trend index analysis was integrated with the traditional order analysis to establish a new three dimensional chart of time-order, and then this method was applied to the detection of vibration pat- tern. In contrast with traditional fault diagnosis methods, defects can be detected very early, before they develop into permanent damage of the product under test. This method can be used to the detection of the weak point which should also be taken as a guideline contribution for the development.
