通过理论分析和实验的方法研究了电磁作动器的力学特性,建立了基于转子振动位移的电磁作动器电磁力模型;设计了电磁力模型参数识别装置,并采用最小二乘估计法进行了模型参数识别。该模型与电磁轴承力的理想模型的对比实验表明,基于转子振动位移的电磁力模型较之传统理想模型更能反映电磁作动器中实际电磁力的力学特性。 This paper is concerned with the characteristic analysis of electromagnetic force based on a theoretical and experimental study of a rotor-bearings system. An active magnetic bearing is used as the active magnetic exciter in the system. A new electromagnetic force model based on rotor vibration displacement is proposed using magnetic circuit theory and the integration method, and the parameters of the proposed model for the experimental rotorbearing system are obtained using the least-squares algorithm. The results of the experiments indicate that the proposed model is superior to the ideal model for predicting the mechanical characteristies.
