提出了使用簧片柔性单元构成的3种大行程柔性虎克铰,详细介绍了它们各自的结构特点;利用伪刚体模型分别分析了3种柔性虎克铰在纯扭矩驱动下铰链的变形特性;在设定的参数条件下对各虎克铰进行了理论计算,并与有限元分析结果相比较.研究表明:3种柔性虎克铰基本符合虎克铰的转动特性,能够提供较大的二维转动行程;伪刚体模型的计算结果与非线性有限元计算结果较为接近;在设定的结构参数下,柔性虎克铰C的输出行程可达±11.9°,并具有较小的转动中心漂移和输入耦合相对较小,是一种性能优良的大变形柔性虎克铰,可作为柔性铰链应用于柔性并联机构和柔性精密定位平台中. Three large-deflection flexible Hooke hinges using reeds as the basic units are constructed,and their own structural characteristics are analyzed in detail.Then,the deformations of the flexible Hooke hinges under pure torque loads are analyzed by using a pseudo-rigid model.Moreover,under the given parameter conditions,theoretical calculations are performed for the Hooke hinges,and the results are compared with those of the finite element analysis.It is indicated that these three flexible Hooke hinges are all of the basic rotation characteristics of original Hooke hinges and can provide large two-dimension rotating deflection,that the theoretical results obtained by the pseudo-rigid model accord with those of the nonlinear finite element analysis,and that,under the given structural parameters,Hooke hinge C is a new type of large-deformation flexible hinge because it is of large output angle up to ±11.9 °,small rotational center drift and small input coupling,so that it can be applied to the flexible parallel mechanism and flexible precision positioning platform.
