某石化企业锅炉超高压给水泵具有出口压力大、流量高、负荷重等特点,其运行状态好坏将直接影响到乙烯_T-业的正常生产.通过利用油液分析技术对该给水泵的润滑油持续了近一年的理化指标和磨粒检测,及时获取了该设备与运行状况有关的油品性能指标和磨损信息.监测结果表明,润滑油除在1月份的水分含量和磨粒的浓度偏高外,在其它月份均未出现异常,表明油品可继续使用,摩擦副磨损状态稳定.分析证实,实施油液多信息分析开展设备视情维护,对提高设备综合利用率和预防意外事故的发生有重要的意义. The boiler' s ultra high pressure feedwater pumps of a petrochemical corporation has the characteristics of high export pressure, high flow, heavy load and so on. Its operational status will directly affect the ethylene nor- mal production. By using the oil analysis techniques, several kinds of monitoring means, such as physical & chem- ical property analysis and ferrograpbic wear particle analysis have been adopted to timely obtain the oil index and wear information of this equipment during the duration of around one-year' s monitoring. Analysis confirms that the implementation of oil multi-information analysis to carry out the condition-based maintenance is greatly significant to improve the efficiency of equipments and avoid contingency.
