采用传统可靠性分配方法进行泵类产品设计研制阶段可靠性指标分配时存在各种不足,文中提出了一种基于FMECA技术及T-FAHP法的可靠性分配新方法。该方法利用相似产品的FMECA分析结果,采用三标度模糊层次分析方法构建产品各功能部件各风险评价因子的判断矩阵,在综合考虑设计者意愿、顾客反馈及专家意见的基础上确定各功能部件的可靠性指标分配权重,使分配结果更加符合工程实际。最后通过实例计算证明了方法的科学性和合理性。 Due to the shortcoming of using traditional reliability apportionment in pump product's design and development phase to distribute the reliability index,puts forward a new reliability apportionment based on FMECA technology and T-FAHP method.The method uses the similar products' FMECA conclusion,and constructs the products' judgment matrix of each component and each risk assessment index by applying T-FAHP method,then determines the weights of each component's reliability index apportionment based on taking designer's demands,customer's feedback and expert's experience into consideration,it makes the conclusion agree with engineering practice.At last,it proves the method is scientific and reasonable by the calculation of example.
