凸轮曲线是凸轮驱动从动件的运动曲线,它影响到凸轮机构的效率、精度以及寿命,故在凸轮设计中十分重要。为快速有效地进行凸轮机构设计,总结推导了通用凸轮曲线公式。综合应用VisualC++6.0、UG/OPENMenuScript、UG/OPENUIStyler和UG/OPENAPI等开发工具,开发了基于UG软件的通用凸轮设计模块,提高了凸轮机构设计效率。图6参11 A curve of cams movement trace of given cam-follower.
